Back by popular demand, the Mann's FREE HBCU Festival presented by TD Bank returns to Philadelphia on May 17, 2025! Celebrate the vibrant culture and legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) with a college fair, career fair, Black-owned business market, marching bands, choirs, cheer squads, food trucks, family fun activities, wellness zone, master classes, live music, drumline battle, special guests, and more! This community-focused event will take place on the scenic grounds of the Mann Center and is perfect for families, students, and alumni alike. Admission is free with advanced registration; parking is free.
