We invite elected officials\, ward leaders\, committee people\, block captains\, business owners\, and anyone in Philadelphia that want to help #MakeBlackCount in 2020 and beyond.\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the webinar is to educate\, empower\, and mobilize citizens to complete the 2020 Census. The virtual webinar will discuss:\n\n\n\n1. Understanding which specific Southwest Philly neighborhood that has a severely low Census completion rate\n\n2.
